A very well balanced coffee with a medium body which is unusual in coffees from Ethiopia. It’s easy drinking with a complex taste—it's floral, slightly fruity and maintains its intensity as it cools.
Recommended Brew Method:
Paper filter pour over methods work best. If you weigh your beans it’s best to dose up a bit to make up for the lighter roast.
