Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- We understand that sometimes you change your mind. Please contact us before shipping a return item to us.
- We accept returns or exchanges on most products purchased in our retail shop. The items must be in the original packaging and unused and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
- We are not able to accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered or improperly used. If it is a manufacturing defect, products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Broken ceramics cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- We are not able to accept returns for roasted whole bean or ground coffee. If you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please contact us.
What is the return or exchange process?
- Contact Customer Service to explain the issue. You can call us at 1-800-332-8858 or email email@example.com.
- If the product is defective, or was damaged in the shipment to you, please take a photo and send it to us by email. That way you don’t have to return a damaged or defective item and we can help take care of you faster.
- We are unable to refund initial shipping charges, or those incurred by returning items to Salt Spring Coffee. Please use a tracking number when shipping return items to us. We will not replace items lost in transit.
