Our Blue Heron is a dynamic coffee that’s full of contradictions: it’s both sweet and spicy, nutty and bright. Look for milk chocolate notes with hints of tangerine and nuts—and get ready for a snappy finish.
The taste profile of this blend changes dramatically depending on the brew method, so it’s an excellent candidate for experimentation.
